An open and fruity Champagne based on stone-fruit as Mirabelle, Peach and Apricot, but also
on dry fruits with some flavours of hazelnut, finishing with a caramel aroma. 

A perfect wine for sweet aperitif or with a Foie Gras and all kind of desserts.
