This Rosé, which is the origin of Les Riceys’s reputation and wealth, was in the cellar of Louis XIV in Versailles !
An outstanding maceration provides this wine with a beautiful rubis robe but also a great
limpidity with fresh fruit aromas like strawberry and blackcurrant. 

The identity of this wine expresses itself fullfuly in the mouth, true reflection of our terroir, wealthy and warm. 
We produce it from an unique vineyard called “Les Chanzeux” (lucky one), south facing,
which gives us the subtleness and wealth of this exceptional Rosé.
A subtle match with fish in sauce, grilled white meat, cheese or soft fruit cakes.
